Upload printer-ready pdf file to publisher

Charge for above work, payable to Phyllis Dolislager = $450.00
$200 paid at start of project. Balance due when file is uploaded to publisher.

Additional Charges
Editing (enhance quality of text) @ $25/hour
Typing (if copy is hand-written) @ $15/hour
Additional photos (more than 25): $7/ea.
Additional pages (more than 50) to format: $5/ea.
